Originalrezept:

To a Quart of Milk put Half a Pound of Rice, and boil it a Little; then putting it into the Dish, throw in a Quarter of a Pound of Butter, with the same Quantity of Sugar, and a Handful of Flour: also two or three Eggs well beaten; stir it altogether while it is hot, and then bake it.
